If the customer is very upset or won't hang up
 

  1.  If the install is coming prior to 6 months immediately attempt to transfer within Five9 to the permitting team (not an individual) at SE_FRANKGAYRES_Permitting_OB. If you are unable to conenct live, go to the permitting chat and @Thea Miller for immediate response. If the install in within 6 months review job to determine Permit Coordinator and @permit coordinator in the Permitting Chat.
