Customer calling on disconnecting/reconnecting

A. No Power

  1. Customer stating they don’t have power and install was completing – TL should call Thea Miller no response call Rehannah Ali.

  2. Customer stating they don’t have power and no install was completed – TL contact Trade Supervisor.

B. Job On Hold

  1. Check notes on install and on hold job to determine if authorization is required from customer to move forward with the job or Permit status. Add task to SE Regional Permitting group.
