​A. Fail Inspection

1. If a task is already open for fail inspection add notes and @Sely in the Permitting Chat (if Permit Coordinator is still active with the company @permit coordinator). 

2. If a task is not open – open task to SE Regional Permitting

B. Inspection Update

1. Review the install job to determine an inspection project ID (Permit hub). If an inspection ID is added inform customer Permitting Team is working with a private provider company and the municipality to complete the inspection. Log task to SE Regional Permitting. 

2. If no inspection ID is available follow the task process. ​
