Permit Status

Customer calling for permit status
 

  1.  Review the install job to determine permit update and any previous task. 

    • Attempt to transfer in Five9 at SE_FRANKGAYRES_Permitting_OB, if you are unable to connect with an agent, move to Tasking

    • IF there is an open task already for Permitting – add comments to the task and @Sely in the permitting chat informing Permit Admin customer is calling for an update on the job/permit.

    • IF no task is open – open a task to SE Regional Permitting with customer concerns and advise customer Permitting department will contact them within 24-48 hours.
