What is a Dwelling?

A dwelling is a place where people live. It is a structure or space used as a home or residence, whether temporarily or permanently. The main purpose of a dwelling is to provide shelter, safety, and a place for daily living activities such as sleeping, cooking, and resting.

  • A/C units are not roof-mounted

  • Not on wheels
