CES

The Customer Experience Specialists (CES) team handles complex customer situations that go beyond routine support, particularly when there's a significant impact on the customer or potential risk to the brand's reputation.

Hours of Operation for Escalations 

Monday – Friday  /  7:30 AM - 6:00 PM 

All contacts where the customer brings up the following trigger words should escalate to CES,

reference the During Business Hours or After Hours hyperlinks for guidance:​

  • All Damage

  • Situations involving FIRE, EMS, or POLICE

  • Situations involving vulnerable or at-risk groups (elderly, babies, handicapped, etc.)

  • Indication of legal action / obtaining a lawyer

  • BBB (Better Business Bureau) Complaints

  • Threats of negative Google / Social Media reviews
