Standard ADP: Timecard Approval Policy

  1. Login to your ADP account at workforcenow.adp.com.

  2. Navigate to Myself > Time & Attendance > Timecard.

  3. On Friday, Saturday, or Sunday CSR will approve their time card, under the Time Period select Current Pay Period

  4. Review your punches and any supplemental earning under the Timecard tab

  5. If everything looks correct, click Approve Timecard button on the top right 

  6. Confirm your approval in the dialog box that appears.

  7. Once approved, the button will change to Approved with a green check mark

  8. If you need to undo it, click on the caret and select Remove Approval

Quick Tips

  • Always review for accuracy before approving.

    • Send an email to your CSR Manager on any Punch In or Out time stamps that are not correct.

  • If you see any pink boxes with a red question mark, those are MISSED punches

    • Send an email to your CSR Manager and provide the updates on the missed punches

Timecard Approval Deadlines for CSRs

  • If your work week ends on Thursday: You have until the following Monday to review your timecard, report any missed punches, and ensure accuracy before approving.

  • If your work week ends on Friday: You also have until the following Monday to review and approve your timecard, including reporting any corrections.
