Dress Code Policy

Uniform & Dress Code - Office Staff
 

Standard dress uniform:

• Long pants (no shorts, leggings, sweatpants, or capri). Professional/business, and any solid color.

• Professional/business closed shoes (no flip flops, crocs, or sport shoes) - High heels allowed - closed at least at front.

• Respective Central Florida Market branded logo collar shirt (no T-shirts or any other shirts).

• Skirts & dresses no more than two inches above the knee (Must wear a Central Florida logo polo shirt, or jacket over dresses). Should be solid color. 

• No low-cut shirts, no clothing unreasonably tight or see through.

• Hats/beanies are not acceptable, except for trades supervisors, technicians and managers who are permitted to wear approved Central Florida logo hats. An additional note here... hoods on jackets and jackets/sweatshirts cannot be worn up. 

• Jackets/sweatshirts: solid color, not any other competitor branding; hoodies not to be worn.
   

Friday, Saturday & Sunday:

• Jeans (blue or black) permitted. Not unreasonably worn, ripped, too casual or too tight (no shorts, or capri).

• Sneakers are allowed.

Please note that as of 6/30/2025, any violations with the dress code will result in associates being asked to immediately change to be in compliance, which may include being asked to return home to change with the expectation that the associate return to the office and complete the remaining unworked hours of their scheduled hours for the day of the dress code infraction.
