Digital Team Chat Room Guidelines

Objective: 

To maintain a respectful, collaborative, and drama-free environment that supports teamwork and customer success.
 

RULES

  1. Respect First

    • Treat every team member with professionalism.

    • Avoid negative comments, sarcasm, or finger-pointing.

  2. Collaboration Over Competition

    • It’s not about “me”, it’s about “us”.

    • Share knowledge and assist others when needed.

  3. Fairness

    • When starting your shift, ask the CSR who has been on earlier what they need help with before diving into your own tasks.

  4. No Drama

    • Keep conversations focused on work.

  5. Join the Teams Chat Room at the Start of Your Shift

    • Greet the team professionally.

    • Ask: “What can I help with today?”

      • Especially to those already working.

  6. Engage Respectfully

    • Use clear, courteous language.

    • If you have a question, ask openly without blame.

  7. Collaborate

    • Share updates or solutions that benefit the team.

    • Offer help when others are overwhelmed.

  8. Avoid Finger Pointing

    • If an issue arises, focus on fixing it. Not assigning blame.

    • Use phrases like: “Let’s figure this out together.”

  9. Keep It Professional

    • No GIFs, memes, or off-topic chatter.

    • Maintain a tone that reflects teamwork and customer care.
