Customers requesting updates on HVAC Service or Installation work, particularly when a required part is on order, should be directed to the appropriate point of contact based on their location. For EL & PL, please contact trade. (If unable to get a hold of trade for EL or PL, create task to CES).

These contacts can be reached through Five9 or directly, as applicable:

• Laura Smith – Available in Five9; supports customers in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Daytona areas.

• Sheena Pierre (TL) and Stephany Gant – Not currently listed in Five9; responsible for the Tampa and The Villages regions.
