If the homeowner or POA (power of attorney) authorizes the call, but will not be present, the CSR must confirm:

•A person must be over the age of 18 years old will be on site, with access to someone who can approve work

•Collect their CC info (does not have to be charged)

•Have their contact information on file, verified for accuracy
